DELIVERY METHOD
Within New Zealand we use Poste Haste Couriers. For overseas delivery we use New Zealand Post or DHL.
For all online orders received before 2:00pm we will aim to send out the same day.
Please allow 1-4 days for New Zealand delivery and 4-20 days for overseas delivery.
We can arrange for an express delivery service for overseas customers. Please email us your location and we will provide you with a quote and delivery timeframe for this service.
Please note we are unable to ship to a P O Box.
Shipping costs
Within New Zealand we have a flat fee of NZ$5.00 per order.
For orders being shipped to Australia:
- Tracked 3-7 day service at $30 NZD per order
- Untracked 4-11 day service at $15 NZD per order.
For orders being shipped to Asia:
- Tracked 3-7 day service at $50 NZD per order
- Untracked 4-11 day service at $25 NZD per order.
For orders being shipped to USA:
- Tracked 3-7 day service at $60 NZD per order
- Untracked 4-11 day service at $30 NZD per order.
For orders being shipped to Europe/UK:
- Tracked 3-7 day service at $60 NZD per order
- Untracked 4-11 day service at $35 NZD per order.
For orders to the rest of the world we have a flat fee of NZ$60.00 per order.
Import duties & VAT
Prices do not include VAT for international orders. Import duties are the responsibility of the purchaser, and Kia Kaha will not be liable or able to pay these. Please ensure you are aware of how these do/do not apply and how they are charged in your country.
