No problem. Simply return the garment with your address and e-mail. When we receive it we will send you the requested correct size.
If your garment is faulty, Kia Kaha guarantees to replace it, including the freight cost. Before you return the garment please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to tell us what is wrong with it and attach a photo as we may replace the garment without you having to return it. This will save both of us time and freight costs.
Please note that we may ask you to send the garment back to us before we send a replacement.
Kia Kaha will happily refund the full value of the garments purchase price or do an exchange for the same value. With our 30 day right of return policy. All we ask is that the item is returned to us unworn, in original condition and with all labels attached.
