Kia Kaha is committed to providing quality products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a Kia Kaha product, you can return it within 30 days in its original condition and we will replace*, refund* or exchange* the item/s purchased.
- Item/s must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed and in original packaging with all labels and swing tags attached.
- Item/s must be returned to Kia Kaha within 30 days of receipt.
- Kia Kaha returns form must be enclosed in return package.
- To return item/s, please use the postage sticker enclosed with your order. There is no need to pay for additional postage.
- If the Kia Kaha returns process is not followed, this may result in delays in processing your return. If followed correctly, returned items will be processed within 3 days.
- Kia Kaha will provide a full refund if all items from the bundle are returned in original condition.
- A monetary refund cannot be processed for part bundles or individual items returned
- You can exchange any item you received for alternate colour, size or style, your alternate option must be included in the bundle options listed on our website.
- Should you receive an item that does not meet quality standards, Kia Kaha will replace the item provided stock is available.
If your order is the incorrect size, please return the unworn garment with the swing tags still attached within 14 days and we will send you the correct size.
Please ensure that you clearly state the size you would like in a letter with the returned package.
All returns must contain a proof of purchase document such as a receipt or packing slip.
Fault or repair
In the unlikely event that you find a fault with your garment please return it to us in a clean condition.
Once we receive the item we will assess the fault and if we are at fault we will replace or repair as quickly as possible.
